What do you have for my family?

11667463_1034144803264456_1090601597145594986_n Families are important to Northside. We offer a wide variety of experiences for everyone. You’ll learn a lot about these opportunities by visiting the Where to Connect  section of our site and reading highlights from our programs below.
Nursery and Pre-School Children ministries are built around a number of classes and programs that are age specific. Our birth to one-year nursery has loving and caring church member volunteers who provide a secure, nurturing environment for your child. Children who reach the age of two through five years enjoy bible stories and activities in a classroom surrounding.  Pagers are provided to parents of preschool children during Bible study and worship.
Elementary School Age Children are given a kid friendly Sunday School and Children’s Church Worship experience. Throughout the year, special events such as a Spring Easter Egg Hunt, Vacation Bible School, Parent’s Night Out, Fall Festival, and Christmas Party are sponsored. On Wednesday evenings, they may participate in various children’s programs to help them learn about mission work.
Youth that are in middle and high schools are encouraged to participate in programs that include Sunday School, Sunday evening fun activities, Wednesday evening Bible Study, and monthly mission work such as puppet shows for the kids at the Richmond Children’s Hospital, delivery of food and devotions with a senior apartment community, church lock-in’s, fellowship with church youth at other churches in the area, and a number of other programs and events during the year.
